Photographic Explorations of Veterans Potential for Peace is a series of portraits of veterans along with statements about their service by RCC photography instructor Chuck Egerton. Three veterans with connections to RCC are portrayed in the exhibit. Click on photo for more information.
The Veterans Potential For Peace Exhibit Opening Event has been postponed to 2/20 at 6 PM due to the snow. The exhibit will be at the University of North Carolina Greensboro, Elliott University Center Gallery from Feb. 10-28.

Michael Traister’s Sock Monkey on exhibit in RCC Photography Dept.
“Cleatus on Leisure Island”
Michael Traister’s photographs from his Sock Monkey series are on display in the Randolph Community College Photography Department gallery. The show will be on exhibit during class hours through November 22, 2013. The images are part of the book Sock Monkey Dreams (Viking Studio Press) a collaboration with authors Whitney Shroyer and Letitia Walker published in 2005. Michael is a 1991 graduate of the RCC Photographic Technology Commercial Photography program and works as a photographer for Brunk Auctions in Asheville, NC.
